I had a good couple years here. I lived here in 2010-2012ish When I lived there it was decently priced and they kept the grounds neat. Maintenance was pretty good about getting to our requests in a decent amount of time. The staff was friendly. We would even take them baked goods around the holidays because they were easy to work with. Then when they stayed remodeling, prices were going up so we moved on to a bigger newer place fit the same price. Overall we had a good experience.

I love living here. 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to the front range. Within walking distance to almost everything, and management here is awesome. My partner and I couldn't have picked a better first place.

Concordia is a great spot between the city and the mountains. Easy access to everything in the Denver area. The management is excellent, as is the maintenance staff. There are minimal maintenance calls, but when we need something fixed, it is fixed that day or the next. The new laundry is awesome...no more need to go get quarters! Parking can be tight, but there are tons of spots on Pierce, so no issue there. Lots of breweries, restaurants, and shopping close by. So happy to have found Concordia!

Management is very friendly and responsive. When asked about maintenance concerns they have been addressed within a day or two each time.  Parking can be tough late at night, but street parking isn't far.  Very dog friendly! Community is pretty quite and mostly mid twenties people and small families.  Very reasonably priced compared to neighboring properties. Six months in I'm very happy here.

Poor maitenance, cheap renovations, the new painting on the property is terrible. I have mold that keeps forming from an obvious water leak from the upstairs bathroom(possible sewage water). They have come and cleaned it up but never actually addressed the source to the point where I gave up asking. There is never proper parking there aren't enough spaces for how many people live here if you get here past a certain hour of night you will have to park on the main road and take a hike. I am disabled I have a seizure disorder that causes me to space on details of things due to often getting concussions from falling down and what not. I gave a 33 day notice that I wanted to move out when my lease ends in December. They have fine print in the lease that demands a SIXTY day notice to move even if the lease is ending and apparently the only possible exception to that rule is if someone dies. So if you're signing a lease there soon go ahead and plan to give that 60 days notice. Mark your calendar. Set an alert whatever you have to do. My first recommendation is to not live here but if you do decide to for some reason then make sure you don't fall prey to the same trap I did.
