Yet again, we have had a tremendous experience working with your maintenance staff.

We recently submitted a request for maintenance concerning our plumbing. The request was handled speedily and a plumber was at our home the same day. A week later we are dealing with the same issue. I spoke with Zach this morning who was exceptionally helpful. He was already aware of our follow up request and on top of the logistics of working out the next steps with the plumbing company. There are always going to be times when an initial service from an outside source will require follow up. But how this is handled and communicated makes all the difference. I am so grateful for the quality of the maintenance staff that A. T. Smith employs and your agencies' commitment to quality customer service.

Please give our appreciation to Zach for the outstanding customer service he is providing.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with how your maintenance requests are handled and with the amazing staff that perform the work. 

David has been extremely helpful and thorough. He handles the repairs professionally, efficiently and is always considerate of our time and home. In this day and age of sloppy quick fixes, it is a pleasure to work with people who are committed to doing quality work and doing the job right the 1st time. Please give our sincerest appreciation to him for us.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that we have had a wonderful experience in dealing with everyone from your company thus far. We have been tenants in one of one of Laura's properties for two months. When we have had maintenance requests they have been dealt with promptly by Scott. The communication with both is excellent. We were concerned about dealing with a large management company but have been treated with a personal touch by everyone we have had contact with. Thank you!

Thank you so very much for thanking me for my tenancy at a really great place: Clean, Pleasant, Convenient to Jobs, Government Office, Transportation, Shops etc…  I have had no problems here, but I believe that if they existed, they would be addressed.  Jesse, Resident Manager is very receptive.  I was stunned to receive a gift card, wow!  Again, thank you.
