I am a business owner, so I know what it means to make sure that clients feel important and that their time is respected.  I originally had Paul come take a look at a project I was considering Mocrete for.  He explained to me the conditions that needed to be met in order for him to install the epoxy surface successfully.  I met those conditions and then spent 3 weeks going back and forth on the phone with him getting the run around about when he could come take a look.  He finally passed the buck to Kelvin.  Kelvin set up an appointment with me to come look at my floors and then never showed up.  I called Paul and explained to him that Kelvin did not show, he said he would take care of it.  I never heard back.

The time I have wasted with these guys can never be replaced.  I could have been looking elsewhere for my needs, but I was kept just at length enough to think someone was actually going to be here.

Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else first.
