We had 2 remodeling jobs and we picked Top Tier because Ben had installed our shower many years before and we appreciated his work and his promptness. When he started this company, he sent out letters to those he had previously done work. I kept this letter for years and was glad to contact Ben when we finally decided to do some remodelling again.
Mike came out to discuss what we wanted and helped us pick out colors and styles. Although there was a bit of a wait (they were busy with other jobs), we got the bathroom completed in 3 days (thanks, Josh!) and the kitchen in another 3 days. Top Tier’s installers were professional and friendly. And Ben and Charity were always helpful answering questions.
It is always such a pleasure to find skilled trades people!

Another beautiful Room by Top Tier.   Bath Room a couple yrs ago this time tackled the kitchen.  Complete Gut and remodel.  Drab to beautiful.  I highly recommend these guys.  They will not disappoint.

I am so happy, happy, happy with my new shower!   The installer, Vitaly, was very professional and really did a top notch job.  I will be very pleased to refer Top Tier to friends.

This has been one of my best experiences in a long time.  Josh was very professional and extremely polite.  Took longer than expected, but he went the extra mile when we added a few things.  I would highly recommend Top Tier.  We live about 120 mile from Springfield and they still took care of our needs.  Thanks so very much.

Ben Berger and his staff at Top Tier are just that--TOP TIER!  Very professional, competent, and knowledgeable in their design skills.  I saw the before and after of the bathrooms that they worked on and they turned out beautiful!  The clients that I referred them to are very happy with the work that was completed and also the person that worked at their house--they said he was extremely professional and nice, and even called them to pray for them while they were having some health issues!  I would highly recommend them to my friends and clients.
