Repairman TJ was honest and thorough in his service. We hired them for a $29 Groupon for tune up / inspection. TJ pointed out the potential problem, and gave honest assessment of repairs.

We hired this company to perform a pre-purchase inspection. We already knew from our general inspection, and the CAS tech, Jonathan, confirmed, that the A/C units needed to be replaced. We needed a replacement estimate from CAS but they took so long to provide an estimate that we ended up having to get another company to provide it. CAS office staff told me each time I called that the person who could do estimates was out of the office that day, and they eventually sent the estimate the day after we had told them our deadline was. The technician, Jonathan, was nothing but courteous and knowledgeable, but the company could not provide what we needed and were unprofessional.

Was referred to Conditioned Air by One Guard Home Warranty. They did great repairs and work on the system and answered all my questions. Chad even made suggestions for getting my system to run more efficiently. I would recommend them! Great friendly service.

Jonathan did a nice job on our tune up. The appointment was 10-12 and the technician called me when he was on the way at 10:30 letting me know he was 37 minutes out. It was a little odd but he asked me questions about my house and issues before even starting the tune up. When he was done with the equipment he asked to look at my attic. Since they have never asked before I followed him. He was checking the ductwork since I had told him I had a hot spot in the guest room every summer. The duct work wasn't leaking but I didn't have any insulation in that area. The tech explained that the insulation in the attic directly effects the air conditioning, electrical bill and how soon our equipment wears out. When he came back down out of the attic (I watched him climb around up there from the ladder), he went over the equipment piece by piece with me and than gave me options for fixing the "hot spot". I went to the DOE website and he was correct on his recommendations. I decided to fix it and the hot spot did go away but what made me really happy was my electric bill. I'm happy with their service. He spent the time to fix an issue I've been having for years.

I called this company to repair my AC unit. They repaired it but it broke a week (and $300) later. They came out again They recommended (surprise) that I replace my three year old A/C unit. So, I gave the go ahead. They made promises they did not keep. I was promised a $365 surge protector because apparently they advised, I had "dirty electricity", which they say means the power surges more than it should. Once they got my money, they advised that the surge protector didn’t come with the model I bought. That is out and out deceptive. It took repeated calls to get a receipt from them for the AC unit. I never got a receipt for the repair- and for all I know, I wasn't even credited that $300 when they put a new unit in. I recommend you go elsewhere! This outfit is bad news.
