Do not rent from this Scum. The owner tried to flirt with someone close to me who is underage. That didn't succeed so he went after her younger sibling. He was deported for indecent exposure to a minor, has several DWI's and has returned illegally. He is an awful man and I am unfortunate to have gotten to know him personally.

25 minute update - their lot with debri punctured one of my tires. They held my reservation, the equipment though not perfect performed like a champ. When turning equipment in they mentioned a "five dollar fuel surcharge." This however was not written in my original pink slip. They did not mention it either during the initial rental. They only wrote it on the second encounter when getting the deposit back. Would be 5 stars if they mentioned the fuel charge of $5 on my 100 dollar deposit.

I called the day before I needed the Bobcat, and asked if I needed a reservation, and the owner said "No, come in any time". The very next day, I show up at 1045, and there is a sign in the window saying "Back at 1215, sorry for the inconvenience" I started to leave, and a lady came out and asked what I needed. I told her I needed a Bobcat, and she said she didn't know how to rent it to me, and the guy won't be here til 12:15. I told her never mind, that I would rent it somewhere else. She called someone, then told me there would be somebody there in 20 minutes that could rent it to me. *30* minutes later, this guy shows up, and basically says he doesn't know what he's doing either, but we can get it loaded on the trailer, and hook the trailer to my truck, and he'd call his boss to see how to rent it to me. I said fine, and drove my truck around back as instructed. The trailer is first of all, not something that looks roadworthy. There are several broken welds, and the floorboards are so warped they have an 8 inch drop in the middle, the wiring for the lights have been cut, and also has a flat tire. We hook it up anyway, then he says that he needs to put air in the tire, but first he has to load some dirt for these other two guys. Well, these two guys had walked in about a minute before he said he needed to fix the tire, yet he helped them first. I had been there about 45 minutes already, but he helped these guys first. He said it would only be a "couple minutes" Well, 10 minutes later, I finally unhooked the trailer and left. I called and complained, and he said he'd "make it right with me" if I came back, but I passed. I have no intention of renting from someone with so little competence or integrity, for fear that my credit card will mysteriously get charges on it, or that they'll try to say I broke something when I bring it back. AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE, FIRST THEY RIPPED ME OFF BY SELLING ME LESS CONCRETE THAN WHAT I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR, THEN I GAVE THEM BENIFIT OF DOUBT AND WENT BACK A DIFFRENT TIME AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF AGAIN BY SAYING I WAS 3 HRS LATE IN RETURNING ITEM I RENTED DAY BEFORE, I WAS NEVER EXPLAINED WHAT TIME IT WAS DUE AND EVEN THOUGH I WAS LATE ONLY 3 HRS THEY CHARGED ME FOR A WHOLE ANOTHER DAY OF RENTAL, REPORTING TO BBB AS WELL....
