I have written to or called Suzan Delbene's office a few times this year.  Her response to my inquiries and feedback have been met with openness and responsiveness; and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a letter from Ms. Delbene afterwards, which detailed her response to my inquiry .  Today, when I called her office to express my opinion on the recent attempt by our current administration to repeal the ACA, her office staff was courteous, respectful and helpful..... offering to share my call with Ms. Delbene and also to share information with me regarding any planned Town Hall events that will be happening in the future.  This is what true leadership in our country looks like ~ being accessible to constituents and responding to their requests and feedback with openness and courtesy.
