We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Horrible. Liars and thieves. Had to file charge back to get my money back after they failed to deliver online order. Won't answer emails. Send phone calls to closed departments. Total losers.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Jason did not know what he was doing when he had originally helped me causing me to have to come in multiple times to resign forms. I was asked to come in one additional time by Mike the manager at this location to sign one more time. I asked multiple times before I left that day if there were going to be any changes made to my account which he answered no. When I went to pay bill today it was different than what it was supposed to be. I called and spoke with Mike, he lied and said he had told me about this change. If I would have know all the inconveniences I was going to have I would have took the time to drive to the Arvada location. I will never come conduct business with this establishment again.

I am very disappointed with my purchase from Conn's.  The only reason I did business with them is for the 3 years no interest otherwise I would of went somewhere else to make a purchase.  They did not have the best prices in town on a single item that I was looking at and when I found it for cheaper elsewhere they said their prices were competitive but I found my fridge alone for $400 less at every other major retailer.  On top of that they sold me stuff that I didn't need such as a water line for the fridge saying my old one wouldn't work and they were wrong.  When the delivery guys came they said to just return to water line.  Also the installers did not fully tighten the handle for the freezer and I have not been able to get any help at all from conns on how to tighten it myself since they couldn't properly deliver and install everything.  Very disappointed with the service I have received and when I called to get any help they are not willing to help at all.  If I would of known I would of gladly paid the extra interest somewhere else to not have to deal with such a horrible company.

Buying a couch from conns has been the worst mistake I've made in a long time!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did they damage the couch during delivery but they NEVER DID ANYTHING TO FIX THE MISTAKE. All I ever got was the run around from them (yes that means you higher ups. You continuously respond to my bad reviews and nothing is ever actually done. I COULDN'T EVEN GET THE COUCH REPAIRED BECAUSE THE MATERIAL NEEDED TO FIX IT CORRECTLY IS "UNAVAILABLE".) 
As if that weren't bad enough the interest is an absolute joke. They are worse than loan sharks. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM CONNS EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO GO ON OVER TO AMERICAN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE INSTEAD!!!!! 

Trust me save yourself a huge headache and some money. This place is a joke.
