We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

I should have known when I walked in the store and nobody would acknowledge us to walk back out. Employees were too busy having conversations with each other to even say hello to us when we walked in. I ended up buying a laptop, washer and dryer and dishwasher. Had to return the computer because it was broke. I got there at 12 and didn't leave until 1:15. I walked in with the computer and said hello and the response I got was what is the problem, not hello how are you, just whats the problem. lady was not friendly at all. I was told to go sit down because the manager was on the phone. all i wanted to do was return the HP and get the Mac like I should have done in the first place. I was then told if I didn't get the same computer I would be charged a 15% restocking fee on something that they sold to me broken. Manager finally comes up and plays with the computer for 30 minutes and then walks away, still has not acknowledged me or told me what he was doing. I assumed this was going to be a simple return. The manager doesn't tell me anything and walks to the back. I waited another 15 minutes and was told that he was on the phone again. Waiting waiting waiting. At this point all I want to do now is cancel everything I have ordered. The manager had the 15% restock fee waived which I am still not sure why this was even an issue to begin with. How are you going to charge me a restock fee for something that can't even be restocked cause it is broke. The manager had to re-write my whole order so he could remove the computer, another 30 minutes gone. When he is finished he tells me that there was only one more dishwasher in the warehouse and that he wanted to make sure he secured it for me. Ha I got a call today that the dishwasher is out of stock and will not be back in stock until 7/25 I could have waited but then I'm told I will not get my washer and dryer until the dishwasher is back in stock. Nice way to do business. So now I am not getting the dishwasher. Unbelievable. The manager also told me he was on the phone because an employees paycheck was messed up. Not sure why he felt the need to tell me this I really don't care. This whole place was filled with very unprofessional rude employees. If they work on commission I'm not sure how they get a paycheck. If you are looking for a job where you can do nothing and socialize with your co-workers this would be the place for you.

I just paid my account off and was given a credit increase. I found something i really liked. Unfortunately no one ever acknowledge me.

Courteous sales personnel, friendly atmosphere. Salesman helped me keep my payments within my budget. Not pushy or coxing to buy. Gave straight up facts about the merchandise. Delivery was ahead of schedule which allowed me to get moving on other things. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. I recommend Conn's to family and friends. They have excellent merchandise. Best nights sleep I've gotten in a while with my new mattress. Absolutely love it.
