The worst experience I every had. I purchased an washer and dryer set from this store. I was very excited about my GE front loader when I first brought it. However, having it for less than 30 days something went wrong with the controller for the water temperature. I called the store to speak with a manager which he answer the phone and did not identified himself as a manger. Once I told him I wanted my money back for the appliance because nothing should go wrong with it less than 30 days and that I feel that they sold me a used machine instead of a brand new one. He cut me off while I was talking once he realize I did not want a service person to come out and fix it just want my money back. He stated " I don't understand how you can just go without a washer and dyer, that don't make sense, so you just going to not have a washer and dyer". I proceeded to tell him I just want my money back because to me a product should not break down less than 30 days. Its not what I paid 1400 dollars for. His responded again " I just don't understand you and t you don't make sense." Than he stated "are you going to just go without a washer and dyer are you going to get your money back and go somewhere else.' He finally agreed to come and pick it up and refund me my money. I asked when are they coming and what time. He responded "ON THURSDAY "!!! What time on Thursday is what I asked . His response "YOU WILL GET A CALL ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!! Than he hung up on me. I called corporate to get this matter resolved and to report him, It was even worst. I spoke with a customer service who did not know what she was saying put me on hold to asked someone else what to do. She stated that I could not get my money back because it was damaged. I told her it was not my fault that it was damaged and I wanted my money. She begin to argued and I asked to speak with her manager she transferred me to the manager I just explained that hung up the phone on me. I am telling everyone I know and people who will listen to me not to shop there. By far the worst experience I have had when spending this kind of money. I used to like H.H Gregg, not anymore. If I could pick zero stars that what they would have received a big fat nothing.

Been here serveral times but usually able to find better pricing elsewhere.

Had a great experience! Justin (manager) and Todd were great!!! Will be coming back for more :)

The experience at the store was great the manager was very helpful but after two weeks waiting on our furniture that never showed up we call and they say another week finally they call today and say they are going to deliver SOME of the furniture because the rest will be another three to four weeks because it's on back order in not happy and it's not right I'm paying so much for furniture and it takes a month to deliver part of my order and two months to get the rest! So why am I already paying on this when I don't even have the furniture to enjoy
