I wouldn't even bother trying to go here. Absolutely no parking to speak of. The employees are rude at best and of no help for a simple question. The wait times online are a complete joke. I was the only one there for transferring an out of state license and the wait was supposed to be less than 10 minutes. I waited almost an hour before just giving up. Considering I was told to expect at least another hour and would have had to stand with no where left to seat it was was so packed inside. I'd give this place -5 stars if I could.

Was there today. Plenty of Parking. Was out in 1 1/2 hrs. Pleasant workers. No Problem. Far Cry ftom New York. 😊

Just took my road test and it was awful. The instructor failed me for "overturning", despite the fact the fact that I did everything perfect, while it was snowing. Never go here, this place sucks, and our tax dollars should be better spent.

Coming to this place is like being transported to a communist dystopia of line inception.Your Tax Dollars at work! We need to privatize! Local AAA offices no longer support renewals and minor services so lines are now insane all the time. For folks who have never been here, you have to wait in line to park, wait in line to get inside the door, wait in line to get told which line to wait in and then you wait in line to get the documents you need to fill out followed by waiting in line to actually receive service. If you don't have the right answers or supporting documents, congratulations you are going to have to come back and wait in line to wait in line to wait in line again, but don't worry, your hard working and efficient DMV employee will give you a pass so you can at-least skip to the front of the final line next time (which may cause you to be murdered in the parking lot by the people who watched you cut in front of them.)

Awful .My 16 year old inside without money. Security guard wouldn't let me hand cash to him through the door which was open so he could tell me "Nothing passes this door". It was 2 minutes after closing . Ok ,it's policy don't like but I get it. He wouldn't let me shout to my kid to come outside .That was the ridiculous part. Of course I did anyway .
