Used Connell Roofing for a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, siding replacement, plywood replacement and re-insulation of a portion of our attic.  Not a small job to say the least. The crew was professional, friendly and did a great job with the post clean up (both outside and inside).  They also addressed the punch list quickly.

Connell Roofing is a local 3rd gen roofing company that's built a strong reputation in the community with its honestly, integrity and by installing quality, warrantied roofing systems using competent installers and quality materials.  Connell's pricing is competitive and you can trust they will get the job right, and be around should you need to call upon them in the future.  No one really wants to have to replace their roof, but this was still a good experience.

Let me start by saying that I work in the quality assurance business, and am thus probably one of the more nitpicky customers that a home improvement contractor could encounter.  I notice everything.  Ben and his team exceeded my expectations in every way possible, from the start of the estimating process right through to the last minute of work on my roof.  The quality of their work was impeccable.  It was easy for me to tell that this crew worked with very close attention to detail (as I watched them work, I could see them triple checking everything they did).  Both the owner and crew happily explained what they were doing and answered questions while the work was being done.  The job site was thoroughly cleaned up every single day, and crew took special care to avoid damaging any of our landscaping.  On one day, they saw that we were setting up to host a BBQ that night, and without even being asked, removed their equipment for the night just so things would look as nice as possible for our guests.  Perhaps most impressively, the owner personally visited the site frequently throughout the job, going up on the roof to make sure everything was up to his high standards, and did so again at the end of the job.  Based on their commitment to craftsmanship, their professionalism, and the value I received for the price paid, I highly recommend Connell Roofing.

We hired Connell Roofing to remove a build up of moss and lichen on one section of our roof and to install zinc strips to prevent it from recurring.  When I spoke to Ben Connell before hiring him, he mentioned that because there was a lot of moss, he wasn't sure that they would be able to remove all of it, but they would get most of it.  The crew came yesterday and spent several hours working to remove the moss.  They exceeded our expectations because they were able to get all of the moss and lichen off. 

The crew was courteous and did a nice job cleaning up everything that came off the roof as well.

I highly recommend Connell Roofing.

Connell Roofing came to house , surveyed roof leak issue, and gave me estimate which was reasonable. Within 2 days, they completed the repairs, and left the site perfectly clean. Job well done!
