We had a new roof put on by Watertite three years ago and remain satisfied. The roof was put on just before the big ice-dam winter. Many neighbors had water damage. We had none. We had opted for six feet of ice and water shield which I'm very happy about.
Before installation, Stephen came to the house and was knowledgeable and professional. Pricing wasn't lowest but he was somewhat flexible on pricing to get the business after we received a range of bids. 
Install was done quickly and in the time frame promised. When a problem arose (they didn't put a vent on garage as per contract) they redid it. The only thing I was unhappy about was that they promised to replace some wood siding shingles if they had to shift them to put flashing under a lower roof, but didn't follow up on that. 
I'm not sure if this company has its own workers or contract workers, which is worth checking if you are concerned. 
There have been one or two problem with slipping shingles since, and Stephen responded quickly to calls and fixed the problems.  
We opted for the Landmark Pro series, which is more expensive and I'm not sure worth it. These shingles are thicker and supposed to last longer, but also have more "definition," which means they stick out more. I don't love the look for our particular roof but it's fine. And maybe they will last longer!

Amazing work done in a short amount of time. Jamie was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning: he provided us with an information packet with a contract and then examples of different shingles and textures. He explained to me the process from start to end, made sure I knew exactly what was being done to my home. We established a time, the do and do nots, when the work will be done and how long it would take. Everything was very precise and professional and the job came out beautiful as a result. I would definitely reach out to Jamie once again should I ever have issues or need anything regarding roofing, but the key thing is to keep a tight communication line with Jamie and the crew. Know exactly what you want and when you want it, communicate it properly and Watertite would gladly work with you to the best of their abilities.

I called this company to look at our roof after we thought we had a leak. Our association used this company to install a new roof just a few years ago, so we are under contracted warranty. They were awful in coming out to the property, horrible at communication and following up, and painful to work with at all turns. When asked for a simple written report from them to document their services, they said that they do not do this and hung up on me. They do not seem to understand customer service basics - if you offer good service, I will tell others and you will get more business. I guess they don't want good reviews or more business, because god forbid they might need to be bothered to work/write words!

These guys did a new roof for us and they did a great job. They worked fast but accurately. Job was done in a day and a half. We would use them again, and recommend them highly.

Men arrived on time. Worked very hard and were a team. Cleanup was very good. Roof looks great!
