Quite possibly the worst and slowest civilian staff I've ever encountered. The physical exam staff won't answer the phone, take 15 minutes to help one person at the counter because they randomly help other people mid-customer, and want to have personal conversations. I was told to take a seat and waited 30 minutes in order to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. This was after I attempted to call five times. The first four times the phone was not answered, the fifth time I was placed on hold for almost ten minutes. While sitting waiting to make an appointment, the person took ten other people in line before calling me back up to schedule my appointment. The worst part is knowing I will have to be back here in order to complete my physical.

Absolute joke of a clinic. It's a real shame soldiers get treated like dirt here. I was a lucky one but others aren't so lucky. Avoid at all costs because there is no real treatment here.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the appointment hotline. If it's not an emergency or something you can't treat I would not go here. Spent a couple hours waiting after showing them the appointment hotline wasn't working. After being taken to an examination room, the staff were much more friendly and helpful.

Long wait. Not a very friendly staff.  Won't return phone calls or emails unless you outrank whoever you're calling.
