My husband and I had very fine service. Erin knew her products. She was personable and efficient. We are very happy with our purchase a Love seat that is American made. This purchase was also delivered in a timely manner. We would consider Connolly's again for our furnishings no needs.

Great place. Beautiful store, really enjoyed taking our time shopping. Very pleased with our purchases. We bought a very nice comfy sofa, coffee table, huge book shelf and a small corner table. So comfortable to shop here. We were offered water and a glass of Chardonnay. Excellent service!!!!! We will be back

One of the worst experiences of my life jump right in and good luck... start with i own 25000 dollars of there very pour quality stuff. ...they actually changed the color of a couch without asking me and the upholstery job on the thing just terrible .....the next thing is a TV stand a very expensive stand 1400.00 so poorly built and no recourse basically tough Sh....t... end grain not finish bare wood doors slam no slow closing hinges and the back not wood ...there clamming plywood and so it is with a paper laminate on the side the show in a oak grain not alder as the stand is built out of. The mattress i bought for the bed has been replaced after 3 years the couch that was a very expensive couch was also replaced after 3 years. One of the drawers one the dresser is now broken and no longer closes. After again 3 years .Im told the end grain dosen't show anyway but I can see it very clearly with the stand 3" from the wall and they will need to be stained and the hinges will need to be replaced before they pull lose from slamming shut doors. It's sad situation with this purchase as I was convinced to buy the thing for the quality the very high quality when I blinked at the price. Naturally no stand to look at bought from a picture so had no way of knowing it was junk. STAY OUT OF THIS STORE BE MY ADVISE

I walked into Connolly's just to look, but I left with a new bedroom set. The later occurred because of the great customer service and sale skills of Frankie. His product knowledge and helpfulness made the difference. I loved what he showed me so much that I wound up buying that day. It's been delivered and set up and I love it even more. The chair I ordered is nothing like the model on the showroom floor. It is not comfortable, there are some construction issues with it, and I contacted Connolly's regarding my issues. They sent a crew out to look at the chair construction problem - several places not sewn correctly, stuffing coming out. The service technicians said that is the way it is. They took pictures and I've not heard back after a month. When I contacted the salesman about the comfort issue he said "The floor model is broken in. You'll just need to break yours in." I asked how long that would take and how long the floor model had been in use. He said "Quite awhile". That is just not acceptable to me. I will never purchase from Connolly's again.
