The salesman was very helpful and was able to get the mattress down to my price range which is awsome. Love that I get 120 days to make sure I like the bed. Delivery was so so, they were not prepared to take the old bed away which was a little annoying. Overall a good experience in the store and a great mattress.

Kenya was extremely helpful! I had just moved to the area and was low on funds but desperately needed a mattress/bed. He didn't pressure me into going for an expensive mattress. He was more than willing to help me review mattresses in their value section. He explained the differences in mattress types, explained box springs versus Bunkie boards, and what frame to get. He made the process extremely easy. I also love the 0% APR payment plans they offered which allowed be to get a better bed than I initially thought with my available funds. Overall, I went in apprehensive because I dislike interacting with sales people and left with a a new mattress to be delivered that day and a huge weight and headache gone. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a salesperson type store.

Polite and helpful staff, especially Kenya, who helped us. Prices are to be expected from a mattress store, but they have a value section that's a little more affordable and quick shipping.

Great selection and good customer service. I am going to be buying my 2nd matress from them for my guest room.

Looks like the change from sleep train didn't do them good. Postponed delivery twice and made a mistake in the charge. The matress we bought is good though.
