I had occasion to use a health benefit of my employer which resulted in some confusion between my health provider, the carrier and myself. After speaking with my health provider and the carrier there seemed to be communications gap which could result in a unexpected and large out of pocket expense. I contacted Edgar at Connor & Gallagher One Source who took time to listen to my concerns, took note of them and offered to  set up a conference call with Michele in their claims department to get directly involved. We had the conference call which resulted in an immediate and favorable resolution!! These folks are pros and mostly importantly care. Kudos all around!!!

My company has been doing business with Connor & Gallagher for many years. Dan Gallagher is very good at finding the right product for you at the lowest price. Which some other insurance brokers might do, too, BUT - I have never seen customer service at this level - they will go out of their way to make life easier for you, will do things for you that you actually should be doing yourself! I would really recommend them.
