Friendly good service with a nice waiting room with free drinks and 🍿 with a TV to watch why your car is getting worked on. Avg price on tires and work. Open at 7:30am that's a plus also. After I got new tires for my car there was still a loud noise coming from the car when driving the guy said it was wheel bearing going out. I told the guy I wanted to take the car on vacation and I was going to be driving 12 hours one way. The mechanic said oh it'll be okay and I thought really!! Never drive a car on vacation anywhere if you know there's a problem like that and it should be fixed right away is what he should say.

I worked in the automotive industry for many years. Therefore, I know how many shops operate. I have been going to Conrad's for several years because I feel they do things right. No up-sell, no scare tactics, etc. ; just straight forward advice. Although they are not always the fastest, they seem to do business the way it should be done. More shops could learn something by operating the way Conrad's does.
