I am not sure if the buyers for this store know what they are doing. This is in my neighbourhood but the Giant Eagle in Amherst is much better and has more variety.

Super helpful and kind people. Helped me find what I was looking for while I was on the phone with them and had it waiting for me five minutes later when I got there.

It's okay for a Giant Eagle, and okay for a Grocery Store in general. I mostly go there because it's got the only Liquor Store in town. 

As far as Giant Eagle's go, it's on the smaller end when it comes to the store size. Their prices can be good for particular items, and not so good for others. I find myself doing some shopping here and at other stores in town, it all depends on what you need and what you're willing to pay. 

Not really my preferred store. If it weren't for the liquor store I'd be going a lot less.

Absolutely horrific customer service. No one to help and when you finally find someone they have an attitude. Left without my groceries and went elsewhere
