Wow, I have to say that my experience with the Conroe SS office was outstanding. I went this morning; arrived shortly after 10:30, found a parking space, got inside, went to the kiosk, got my ticket, sat down, was called up by a wonderful gentleman named Jeff who took assisted me getting replacement cards ordered and I was out the door a few minutes after 11:00. It was very busy and there were a lot of people talking which can make it very difficult to hear when a name or number is being called, so I can understand the security guard's frustration when he has to ask the same people multiple times to be quiet. Seriously, how hard is it to shut up so the whole process can move more quickly for everyone? Maybe it was just my lucky day, but I give it five stars...and I had major concerns reading the reviews before I went. Be efficient, be respectful (quiet and that includes your phone or kids' gaming devices) and I bet it won't be as horrible as some of these reviews say it is. Great job, Conroe SS office!

It's the social security office. There's always a wait. I'm used to that. However.... The Hispanic security guard they have employed here is a total ass. And that's putting it nicely. He screams across the room at people. Telling them to whisper. Witnessed him tell a less than 2yr old child that was sitting in her mother's lap that she needed to put her shoes back on.... Come on man... She wasn't even running around on the ground. I think the job has gone to his head. Security officers aren't police officers. And he's replaceable. Totally disgusted with his attitude.

Oh my God! Welcome to kindergarten!!! The Hispanic security guard LITERALLY told us we needed to whisper...by yelling it across the room!!!! What a joke. I am a teacher and I treat my students with more respect. It was a joke. All the guards putting their finger over their mouths to 'shush' us. No one was even talking loudly.

The security guard (wanna be cop) is rude and totally offensive! Don't bring anyone hard if hearing or any disability he will yell and humiliate anyone not completely quiet! It's beyond offensive and he needs to be fired!!!!

This is the best social security office I have visited staff very polite and helpful I was there for 15min and out love going there when I have social security business
