The phone number that's posted is not valid and after reviewing the comments I was dreading having to go in. I escorted my good friend Marcella Pardedes today to make a appointment. I was amazed!! We were in and walking out with renewed passport in less than 45 minutes. Very respectful to everyone. Hardly any waiting,they escorted my friend to the front of the line just because she is a senior. They very efficient, they made sure I got my paperwork back and we're helpful explaining where the next line is and what is needed to have ready to hand over. They even take there own pictures!! I came prepared and had paid $30 for pictures. But they no longer accept them. Angie was very helpful and professional and does her job well. Don't believe those rude comments. There is nothing wrong with this place!!! Don't be intimidated by the long line outside, it goes by fast.

It was such a horrible experience. This is the worst place. On the phone they never get things right. I had to call like 10 times in order to get an appointment. Then they hanged up on me 2 times. This is unbelievable. I wish there was another way to make an appointment. They should bring back the old way of making appointments.

I have never had a bad experience .One day I walked in with out an appointment due to ICE needed my Mexican passport never had one they worked with me and the service was so Excellent that I felt very important.People need to be patient and not be rushing all the time and they complain of everything. Consulado De Mexico keep up the good work .
