First off, I have been to this hotel many times. All the times that I have been here, the hotel was just amazing. The lobby and the first floor were beautiful, the happy hour and free breakfast is a great touch, and the service was out of this world! My recent stay was not so good, though. When I entered a few days ago, I was stunned by the construction going on for the first floor. I was not notified before and it was REALLY loud (there were ear plugs in the room but there was only 1 pair for a room for 5 people)! I checked in and went to my room and the key didn't work. I went down to get it fixed and to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and was not restocked with toilet seat covers. I made sure to notify them (before check out the next day the bathroom was still dirty and still didnt have toiled seat covers!). When we went to the pool, the water was very cold and workers had to keep checking the temperature. Finally, we asked for more blankets because the ones we had for the couch bed smelt sour and clearly were not cleaned but we waited 2 hours and still didn't receive them!!! We called and were told the whole entire hotel was out of blankets!!! This was our worse stay with Embassy Suites but I still hope to give them a second chance in the future.

Made a late night check in and the evening staff was great. The hotel is being renovated and the rooms have been finished and are quite nice but the common area is boarded up. There were signs out about dust/noise that may be happening during the day but that was not an issue since I was only there at night. Just good to know if you are planning on daytime sleeping.

Really amazing. Rooms were clean, and very compty. Breakfast were super awesome, tasty. Employees were very kind and welcoming. We felt like home sweet home. Thank you all team members..

The main courtyard is very cool, and I really liked the look ponds. The hotel itself was easy to navigate. The location makes it easy to find, and is conveniently next to the 55 freeway. The only thing that did not impress me was that the rooms seemed to need a bit of upgrading, especially with the bathtubs.

Spent four days here for a work related conference. Stayed at the hotel. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the lobby and atrium are absolutely gorgeous. A waterfall, stream with koi and nice ambiance. Repeating other reviews...the climate control is not controlled by the guest. Each evening I was forced to open my outside slider and the door to the hallway to cool off my room. Overnight it was too warm in the room. The first room I had (201) had a sloping floor. At first I thought I was losing my mind but verified it by setting a drink can on the floor and watching it roll from the wall to the center of the room. Felt like I was staying in the Winchester Mystery House! Friendly staff accommodated my request to switch rooms. The second room was clean and decent. Not much in the way of restaurants or stores within walking distance. On site restaurant and bar were good.
