Service very poor and bad. There is a huge missed comunication. I went for my DPI and was sorprised that my status in Guatemala wasn't as married. Something that in Guatemala I registered a lkng time ago. Unfortunately they could not do anything with RENAP. Even that I did the process through them, do they gave me a phone number to call in Guate. And when I called the operator on the phone told me to contact the consul. So they kept sending back and forth. Seems that no one did want to assume the responsability. Very frustrated plus the rough service these people provide.

Servicio está pa la chingada. La señora me pidió mi renap y yo le entregué y me dio un papel para rellenarlo y después yo fui a entregar los papeles cuando ya lo rellené, y luego me tomaron la foto y ya me dijeron que ya es todo. Y luego yo fui a decir a la señora que si me da mi renap de vuelta y ella me dijo que no te di no esta aquí no se que la pinche vieja floja. Se perdió mi renap ahí mal servicio de verdad.

Muy mal esa jente son unos inútiles yo fui a tramitar un dpi ase 3 años y no me a yegado y cuando llamo solo me ponen en espera u luego me cuelga el la llamada

Pesimo servicio te atienden de mala gana no te ponen atencion te ignoran y si te atienden es solo para mandarte a sentar es triste que viniendo y representando a un paiz hermoso, lleno de color y gente amable tengan el peor personal trabajando ahi.
