Poor customer service no skills. No wonder why they rated so bad. I went there today EVERYONE on that office look mad as hell. Wondering who hired these people my god. Seriously they really need to step up.

They really are useless. They re rude and get mad at you for being rude right back. They misinform you then blame you for their unprofessionalism.

Today Wednesday January 4th and it was my first experience at the Haitian embassy in Orlando. I did really want to go because when I read the reviews it was scary lol. And don't get me wrong because I know my people. But I was surprised of the service. It was quick and everyone was very nice and professional about their Job. Keep it up guys!!
