That's not Deserve a star.  Awful service.  Staff has no patience. Cannot get anything done in one day. They close at 2 PM. They take Mexican holiday As well as American holidays. Just plain ridiculous

If I could give this half a star I would. Drove for over and hour and stood in line for another one (that's with an appointment) only to be turned away. This is now the 6th time this has happened. One of those time my wife went ahead of me and was talking to the male attendant. From the looks of it he was actually going to help but as soon as he noticed me he quickly turned my wife away. We have no idea what to do now, we keep getting the proper paperwork these people want us to take but they continue to find something wrong with it.

Honestly why is this place even here if they're not here to help? In my opinion this place is a complete waste of space. Seriously, this place need to be shut down, bulldozed and have something useful built on top of it, like an Arby's or a Thrift Shop. At least at those places you'll walk out with the garage you asked for. Maybe a shady motel, I mean you already got the perv attendant in the front so you might as well. Better yet build a Jack-In-the-Box, at least that would actually be a useful and enjoyable place for Mexicans to go to.
But seriously if you can go to the Consulate in Miami, then do it, this one is garbage.

This place is so stupid im trying to make a meeting and they dont pick up the phone. Like what you only got one phone🤔.

Their phone number listed here stopped working for several days and they haven't fixed it yet. This is a pretty serious concern for a consulate this big to not have a way for nationals to communicate in the event of an emergency. On the other side I went three weeks ago for a a power of attorney paid for it and they told me it would arrive in less than a week. It has been three weeks now and no sign of it nor they can answer the phone because it is out of order. Hopefully they will realize how Important is their prompt service for nationals needing help...

I used to work in the US Embassy in Mexico City, never went here for anything but feel for the people needing services. Maybe make a complaint to the Washington DC Mexican Consulate on the poor service, that's the only way that you can get people to do their job!!!
