Because I don't  make appointment, I just went, I did everything in the same day, and I have a friend,  she said know is terrible, because don't answer the phone and she need make appointment,  it's not easy.

They never answer the telephone. I really don't  Know  if they just have one telephone or what really happens with them.  It's so bad.

Amelia Henderson was terrible to me and several of my friends who had to go through the Nola consulate to get our visas for a work program in Spain. I hadn´t recieved a document from Spain that I needed, because of an error on there part. I needed to know whether I would be ok without the document. When I tried to ask her the question she said she would hang up on me if i asked it on the phone. She insisted on sending me the FAQ through email even though I explained that I already had the FAQ and it didnt address my question. She argued with me for 2 minutes when the question would have taken 15 seconds. I couldn´t believe it.
