I lived here for 6 months.  The apartment complex is professionally maintained and service requests are handled very quickly.  Though the apartments are a bit old, the apartments are well maintained.  The staff at the office is very welcoming, helpful and attentive.   If you are looking for a good apartment near the campus so that you can walk to your school or work, Embassy is a excellent choice.

We lived here for 4 years. This is safest area around LSU, you can walk anytime in the night.
             Well maintained, close to LSU (walking distance), people are very helpful specially Margaret (old manager) , Peggy (current manager), Tim and Raymond always ready to help you. Very close to restaurants (walk on's, Taco belll, Mcdonalds, Mellow Mushroom, Illegal burrito, Almaza etc). They are well maintained and the pools are clean. I wish all the apartment complexes are same; honest, helpful, and friendly.

             Hard to get apartment here, because of long waiting list. They need to build more apartments, so that all can get apartment here, those wants to move here.
