$20 parking fee.... Everyone outside will try to scam you into photo copies of birth certificates, photos and pens.   Photos are taking inside so there is no need to purchase else where.  All attendant booths have writing utensils.  Arrive with all documents the call center advises and all will go smoothly.

Hello Everyone!! I would like to share my experience I had with Yassim Beltran Madam who is in Visa section for foreigners . She is one of the best person I have seen who helped us with all guidance on all documents if anything was missing and I would rate her 5star for her services. Keep the great work Yassim Madam!!

We went into the Consulate General of Mexico here in Houston this morning.  The employees were nothing but pleasant, extremely helpful, and very friendly.  We needed to get an issue sorted with obtaining a visa, and was assisted by Ms. Yassim Beltran.  Ms. Yassim was very professional, and even guided us through the process from start to finish.  She was very accomodating as well, seeing that we needed to obtain an additional document to ensure proper approval.  Keep up the good work, all, and thank you for all of your assistance!

You cannot get a hold of anyone to answer questions. Mexico passport people are very rude and I considerate. This place needs to be shut down or hired with all new staff immediately. If I had the authority I would fire everyone from there

They were very nice and super helpful. We had a flight to catch and needed the visa without making an appointment, they worked with us and got us the visas in time.
