They are so rude, and liars. ( system not working) I went there on a weekend with an appointment,  they were probabluly overbooked , so they lie on my face  statimg  that I was called, when I told them, that I never received the call, they told me that they  emailed me, when I checked  my email, there was no e-mail  from them, they didn't know what to say. I requested anorher appt, but they  said, I will have make a new one. Lo peor  de lo peor, mentirosos, altaneros, abuso de autoridad a la Maxima categoria .

TERRIBLE! 
La página WEB y el centro de llamadas telefónicas son INSERVIBLES. Tienen información totalmente desactualizada (del 2012).
 Las horas de atención son poco prácticas, y además se toman vacaciones y cierran el consulado por todo (incluido feriados americanos, ecuatorianos, judios, etc). 
Si fuera posible les pondría CERO estrellas, pero 1 es lo mínimo.
Cuando finalmente te atienden, son 5 horas para renovar un pasaporte, y sus trabajadores con mala actitud.

POR UN SEGUNDO PENSE QUE ESTOY EN LA PAGUINA  ADECUADO CUANDO AL LEER DECIA NINGUN ECUATORIANO ESTA SOLO. YO LOS LLAME  PERO SIEMPRE  LA MAQUINA CONTESTA QUE ESTA LLENO DE MENSAJES DE VOZ  ,DECIDI HACER UNA  CITA POR EL INTERNET COMO REQUIERE EL CONSULADO  PARA SABADOS Y DOMINGOS, A MI  ME SIRVE DE MUCHO POR QUE LOS  DOMINGOS NO TRABAJO , PERO DA LA CASUALIDAD QUE UN SIMPLE PASAPORTE NO PUEDEN ENTREGAR EL MISMO DIA, DICEN QUE DEBO REGRESAR AL DIA SIGUIENTE Y YO RECIDO EN NEW JERSEY.HORRIBLE  LOS SERVICIOS POR PARTE DE LAS AUTORIDADES ECUATORIANAS  INCOMPETENTES .
