IT'S EASY TO DEALT WITH MR. TRUMP THAN THOSE WHO WORKS IN ROOM 8. BELIEVE ME THEY WILL GIVE A LAME EXCUSE THAT JUST HILARIOUS. I WISH THERE WOULD BE A SECOND OPTION SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD AVOID THEM.

I was worried with such bad reviews on the internet, but I went to renew my passport last month, I applied for an urgent one. They told me it would take about four weeks to get it, since all the renewal and issues and done in Bangladesh and shipped here. But I got my passport in two weeks and they texted me to pick it up. Everyone at the consulate was very sincere and helpful. I don’t know why other people had bad experiences! I would say they are doing a good job based on my experience.

I went to the consulate office on July 06, 2017. I needed new passport (MRP re-issue). The employees were very helpful, and it took less than a hour to complete the process. Again I went there to pick up my passport. It took 10 minutes to get the passport. You just need to read the process very carefully, and I am sure you will provide a five star after visiting the consulate office.

Visited Bangladesh consulate today 24-May-2017 along with my 3 siblings for attestation of a power of attorney. This is my first time since the consulate moved to Queens. Yes, I have fully satisfied with the services, specially the lady Consular (do not know her name) who treated us very decently. Counter services are also professional. Thanks to the honorable Consul General for the quality services in the consulate.
