The lady at the front counter with the big bun on her head was rude. I mistakenly was late an appt and made it seem as if I was a huge inconvience to her because I showed up towards the end of the day on accident. Even though I was finished with my appointment by the time they closed. It's a big deal to make people feel welcome especially when your having a first child and never have experienced any of this before. But The doctor I see everytime is great! She's very friendly and open to any questions.

I received excellent care from Contemporary's Dr. Gina Torpin. Of course, she was competent and professional in all the ways you'd expect. She was also a very good communicator, answering questions and laying out options in language my wife and I could understand. Finally, at every step Dr. Torpin made both my wife and me feel heard and respected. As a queer and masculine-of-center woman, I can't begin to express how much this meant to me, especially from an OBGYN, especially in rural Nebraska.

I'm very irritated with this place they never keep their appt times I have been waiting almost an hour just to be seen.

I love Dr. Philpot but the secretary I talked to was so rude! It really shocked me on how rude she was! I wished she would see that it's not that hard to act nice to people even if you don't want to, because that's your job!

So far, so good. I go to Philpot. Excellent service when she is not overly busy.  I have only been with her a few times because she has been delivering babies. -That's okay, that's why we are here! Just sometimes I have questions and can't get them answered from her. Otherwise I love it, very inviting!
