Dr. Pohlman is the best!! He helped me with kidney stone procedure two years ago. I highly recommend him if you need to see a urologist! Best one out there!!

To be clear, this review is not reflective of the quality of the clinic's staff. Reception staff and one of the nurses, Bridgett, have been super helpful and friendly. I saw Dr. Williams. I requested the prescription that I was used to, he insisted I try an alternative that was better. He told me that I would need to fill the RX and then wait two weeks too make another appointment for him to show me how to use it. I told him I was an RN, I know how to follow administration instructions, and would be doing it without a follow-up appointment. He told me, "I recommend against that." as he walked out of the room. I tried the medication, am 100% certain I followed all instructions correctly, and had a painful negative experience. I called the office to report that the medication was not sufficient, and to request a prescription for my regular option, and was told no. He was upset that I didn't wait the two weeks with a second needless appointment, and said he wasn't going to prescribe me anything else. Abhorrent behavior from a physician to be so petty and disrespectful.

Good care, friendly staff. Dr. Williams is very thorough and attentive.
