I have a section 8 tenant living in our rental house. Housing Authority is so bad, I do not get the check till end of April, even the tenant approved to move in March alreay. I called and leave the message every week. Every time they said it's been processing. I will not rent to section 8 because the service is not effecient.

I am a landlord and I have a section 8 tenant living in one of my houses, the tenant is great but the Housing Authority is not so great, I have left 8 messages on a answering machine which states they will call back within 24 to 48 hours. I have been asking for help for over a month!! Never again, I don' t need to rent to section 8 people in the first place.
