My agent went above and beyond!
The office is great! Polite people and a helpful Security person all combine with the features of self service numbering system, display and a good public address system to help people through the process. 
The Government process is very slow 90 days to process my claim and counting.

Security Officer De Rosa was very helpful and straight forward. I honestly enjoyed my visit to this Social Secuirty site. The process is fast and the workers move pretty fast considering I wasn't there that long. ~15 min I waited before I was called.

I literally walked in to the social security office at 2:45pm and there were about 15-20 ppl waiting. They had about 4 windows opened but the process was extremely easy and simple. Once I signed in and got a number I waited about 10 minutes and I was the next person called. I was greeted With a smile by Ms.Sharolle, who was very polite and and very helpful. Kindness goes along way and I feel like she went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and making sure all of my needs were met. It's very obvious she actually likes her job and she's not here to just collect a check in the great customer service I received today
