CFI doesn't actually really caring when someone was actually really in the hospital fighting for their life. then turnaround be lied to for over a month and a half about being able to come back to the company. Just on a Friday get a phone call from HR saying all that was a mistake we can't hire you. And tell me after the point it was all about the PeopleNet wasn't returned in 45 days how could I physically done that if I was in the hospital on life support. and was in Communications with Susie and Anita and dispatch and payrole when I woke up.  know about where their equipment was and I was allowed to come back with it. So then tell me I didn't return the equipment is a total lie. When everyone from HR and accounting was aware I was coming back with the equipment and they said it was fine. 

Once again thank you for leading me on when I could have arranged different employment two weeks ago.

I've worked for others and this company is by far the best. They really do treat you well, as a professional. The miles are usually decent to very good. If you do your job well, communicate well, and work smart they will see that and reward you with consistently good miles. But don't forget, even good OTR companies are at the mercy of the market, and sometimes the miles aren't there, even if Operations looks like something out of NASA and the dispatching is quick and well done. 

Like a few others have stated, this company has taken many hits in the last few years with the selling, buying, and selling from the Con-Way days. I've been here only 1.5 years, and even with all the changes, for the most part the quality of the company has not changed. Many many good support folks and drivers are still here from the last 2 decades. And the new CFI is trying it's best to recapture its glory days, and this driver plans on sticking around and helping that to happen.

Staff are nice and the yard is clean. I have to say my first load and shut down experience was great.

Great yard, friendly local dispatch. Everything you need except fresh food.. but shuttle runs like every 30 minutes or so to Wal-Mart and hotels, with many restaurants w/in walking distance to all the stops. Plus you can order delivery food & cafeteria open for lunch during week days...Guess it would be perfect if they had a doggie wash area! Visit the little pond area, go fishing, relax, camp, in the West corner of property!

I love driving for them. Pay is good, they take care of their people, you're treated as a person and not as a number.  Don't need to say anything else.
