All I can say is that Paco is a genius. He has his own crazy method, but it works. I took the MHIC test less than 24 hrs after taking his class and passed with ease. His techniques are unconventional, but they worked perfectly with my learning style (meaning, I don't like to study). I highly recommend taking this class, especially for those who are not great at studying or test taking.

Paco, the instructor, was a very interesting individual. His training method was extremely simple and my retention of how to pass the PSI exam was a success. Passed on 1st try. I would definitely recommend contractor exam prep. if you want to pass the PSI exam on the 1st attempt.

Took the VA Contractor's Exam (three portions: General, Advanced, and Virginia specific) after a prep course with Contractor Exam Preparation. Was very well prepared by the course for the exam. Paco is a dynamic professional and works energetically to make sure you know the material.

Simply outstanding.Paco,the instructor has an amazing way of teaching and demonstrating.At the end of the class you become confident of having attained knowledge pertaining to the subject.I attended the class last week for Home improvement VA and appeared for the test in two days,I passed the test in first attempt.I have taken classes for other trades at different institutions in the town but no match to Paco's way of teaching.I wish I knew about CONTRACTOR Exam PREPARATION and Paco before.He took extra time and attention to see that I am prepared fully.I highly recommend him .GO WITH PACO AND YOU WILL PASS.

Paco was a very thorough and patient teacher. You can tell he really does care about making sure his students understand the information he is teaching. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to obtain a contractor's license in VA.
