This place is ridiculous. You sit there and watch them not working at all! Most transactions are 5-15minutes but it usually takes 45 minutes per number! When I got to the window, the lady was gossiping with the next representative. She then proceeded to basically do her job while she was supposed to be helping me! They are not professional and only slightly helpful. Can these people be fired? It's not a hard job! How can we hold them accountable????

Waited 3 hours. Told I didnt have the proper paperwork despite the lady assigning tickets at the front telling me I did. Rant: See, the bureaucrats will argue to their bosses that the problem is they are short staffed. That is bs. The real problem is 2 fold: 1) Slow, crappy government service which won't change. 2) Terrible open hours for working people. They are only open 8-5 during the week meaning everyone rushes over at 4 (having to miss work by the way). Alternatively, they are only open for 4 hours on sat and closed on sunday - which is why the line on sat morning has hundreds of people waiting and takes hours of standing (and then sitting) before seeing a person. They should be open during the week early in the mornings some days, and late into the evening other days, being open all day sat. However, that would be "inconvenient" working hours for the govies and since customer service doesnt matter, we get screwed

They make up their own rules to deny certain people who they don't like service. They told my Hispanic friend that he couldn't title his car, so he asked me to meet him there. When I arrived they titled it for me with no problems or questions. We spent 5 hours there for something that takes 5 minutes. The fat Indian woman who works in dealer services is horrible.

Not sure what my tax dollars are paying for --long lines and two armed guards just to title and register a vehicle. And I showed up at 7:30 am. DMV needs to do the paperwork business online, instead of making tax payers suffer.
