The classes I took to help pass mey test were fine, and the sample tests were really helpful, the problem is, they offer other services to help contractors. They really shouldn't as they are not very clear on what you are paying for. I needed to change my license from a sole prop to a Corp. I explained that, they charged me almost $400 just to change the business entity with the secretary of state. Thats pretty easy to do and would have done that part myself. They have not helped me change my License and when I called and spoke to Hector, he just kept cutting me off to tell me thats not what I payed for. I was trying to explain what else the state was asking me for so I can use there services to get this finished. I could never get it out, he just kept cutting me off to tell me "thats not what you paid for" when I was saying one of the corrections that the state was asking for, he cut me off again to say "that has nothing to do with us, thats not what you paid for" Hector, im trying to tell you what the status is so you can tell me what else needs to be done and how much more its gonna cost me,  Other times they have called me because they said they had a question and they need me to call back. I return the call in 5 minutes and say, "I'm returning your call, you said you had a question for me" There response "what are you calling for?" bottom line is there instructor was good for the classes, but they should take the services out of there name, they are unorganized, with bad communication, and Hector the guy that knows the most always seems to busy to help.

I think the staff is outstanding, especially Hector and Rosa . I want to thank them so much for all the help .
