Website guaranteed 25 stems, they sent 17.  When I called to complain, they said, "sorry flowers are more expensive right now... All I can say is you got your money's worth".  They said I could bring them back.  Sure, let me go take away the flowers I just gave my wife for Mother's day and return them.  I should have read the reviews first.  I won't make this mistake again.

These people rock. Last minute prom stuff and they came to the rescue. No wonder they have been in business a long time. Superb customer service. These people know what they're doing. Highly recommend

DO NOT COUNT ON THIS FLORIST.  If I could give no stars, I would.  I ordered flowers directly from contrerasflowersandgifts website for a funeral of a dear friend.  The order was placed in plenty of time to prepare and deliver. A confirmation email was received and credit card charged. On day of funeral, four hours prior, a cancellation email was sent that my order had been cancelled "due to the unavailability of your specified florist".  I called and spoke with the florist the next business day morning.  The owner states she got the order only 1 hour before funeral from TelaFlora and could not prepare the order.  However, when I questioned about the order,  she states TeleFora was handling, then the owner could not even find the order, so how could she tell me that the order came in only 1 hour before the funeral if she couldn't even find the order for me when I called?  Owner stated that computer was down most of the day, how can you run a business where people order directly from your website, if you computer is down? Very disappointed!

I ordered Telefora's Precious in Purple floral arrangement late last night and they were promptly delivered for my wife's birthday today. Easy to order online and lowest prices in Schertz, Universal City and NE SA.

I phoned in an order for a standing arrangement for a funeral in Schertz. I attended the service today and am very happy with the arrangement. Rose gave excellent customer service and the flowers are beautiful. Thanks!
