I am very impressed and satisfied with Jo's Flowers & Gifts, and I highly recommend them. 
They responded to my email right away, they contacted me letting me know that the recipient of my flower arrangement was not home and wanted to make sure that the floweres were not left outside on a hot summer day. The gentlemen offered to come back a second time to make the delivery. Not only was the customer service extraordinary, but the flower arrangement was so beautiful and made my token of appreciation a total success.
Their customer service and the quality of the products are excellent. :)

I ordered flowers for my sick mother on Friday evening.  They were hand delivered Saturday morning, and were beautiful.  Professional and friendly.  I will definitely use their service again next time I send her flowers.  Thanks Jo's for helping me brighten my mother's day!

OUTSTANDING!!  I have a family member who passed away very suddenly and needed some beautiful flowers to be delivered RIGHT AWAY!  From the initial greeting on the phone, the gentleman I spoke to  was so very helpful, kind, and assuring that I'd be very well taken care of.  I don't live in the area, so I was not able to actually see what I was purchasing, however,  I received several phone calls from different family members telling me just how above and beyond BEAUTIFUL my bouquet of flowers really was!  I HIGHLY recommend using this company for your floral needs!!

customer service is excellent. call in before my lunch hr on friday, swing by every week to take some home to the wife and daughter. A must!

We love our neighborhood florist. They listen to your needs, don't rush you, give great suggestions and delight us with beautiful creations every time! We've ordered corsages, boutonnieres, gift arrangements, bouquets small and large and have been highly satisfied. They know what customer service is all about.
