Super professional, very personable and friendly staff.  Helpful and reassuring interaction with the medical staff.  Very fast service, short duration wait. Quick work on calling in prescription. Personal follow up and status check after a couple days...nice.

Thank you to ConvenientMD for being speedy and affordable! I came in right before it closed and they saw me nonetheless. My nurse was Brittany Houghton and she was very friendly and extremely helpful. I dislike going to the doctors so ConvenientMD was nice because it doesn't smell like the doctors and every staff member is less threatening. My honest appraisal is that they are doing a great job! Thank you and keep up the good work

I have used Convenient MD Urgent Care in Keene three times. Every time every single individual involved has been kind, polite and caring. The only time (once) that I had any significant wait time for the doctor I received several apologies including the hospital manager coming in and personally explaining my extended wait. This is really like going back to the old practice philosophy of patient care. They even do follow up calls. So glad they are available.

All the staff at the keene N.H. office from the receptionist to the doctor all treated me with the utmost respect. They treated me like a person regardless of my insurance status or the reason why I went there.. I am more comfortable going there then I would be to Peterborough ER.. thanking you and your staff for making me feel safe and comfortable for going there even for a bad tooth. .. I tell everyone one that need medical attention to go to you to Keene .😀thanks again ..
