Everyone was so pleasant, including the Dr. with the exception of the receptionist at the front desk. She wasn't rude, but all business. A simple smile sure goes a long way with first impressions. Follow up visit was fantastic. Reception person was all smiles. Great experience.

This office was amazing from getting on their schedule for an office visit to scheduling surgery and clearing it with insurance quickly, and we’re so nice. I told one of the ladies there that I loved their office and they didn’t appear to have any office drama. Everyone was professional and so good at their jobs but friendly and accommodating too. Dr Craig Cook and his staff are excellent and professionals. Dr Cook goes above and beyond for his patients. He listens and has empathy. Dr.Cook did a fantastic job removing my gallbladder. The nurse take good care of the patient and answer all the questions.

Dr. Craig cook is a phenomenal surgeon when I went into his office to tell him about my traumatic injury he listened with compassion and concern he was very compassionate and did a great job on the surgery

Dr. Cook was very skilled, kind, considerate and had a great amount of stamina to withstand the rigors of so many, many hours of my surgery.  His assistants and team members explained everything that I was about to experience, and the explanation and unhurried actions helped me be calm and feel secure.  The nurse practitioners who have given me follow-up care listen to my concerns and explain in the amount of detail needed for me to fully understand. I appreciate their truthfulness when they tell me what to realistically expect for my process of healing during recovery. So far, everything has gone as described to me before.

I am so happy with the excellent care I received from Dr. Cook and his team! I highly recommend them.
