I had called on wed the 9th to place an order for Mother's Day. I was told that they did not have all the flowers for the arrangement that I wanted to purchase so the girl told me that they would have them in and it would be ready Friday to pick up. My brother called on Friday morning to see if they were ready to pick up and was told that I had never placed an order yet my account had been charged. I called them to sort out this problem and they still had not gotten the flowers in yet or the container they were to be arranged in. They had me speak to the owner who keeps insisting this situation was my fault she was rude and hung up on me. Needless to say I had to cancel the order because they refused to make the arrangement the way it was suppose to be made and made this situation my fault. I would not recommend using this florist unless you want a lot of hassle and not get what you pay for or not get your order at all. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

I spoke with a young lady named Maggie.a real sweetheart, very professional,helpful,and good at her job, ppl like her will bring customers back.Ill be back :)
