Hands down, the best New car buying experience I’ve ever had!! The team at Cook is second to none! From my sales person Lisa, to Kelly in finance, had a service team member Jeff come to speak with me, and even the owner Mr Cook came over during the car buying process. I got the truck I wanted, and a better price than I wanted, and did it all in about 75 minutes. I’m over the top pleased with Cook Ford!

John debolt came to my rescue when I could get my expedition out of park! I needed to pick up my daughter from school by2:30 and he went above and beyond to have my vehicle done! They have the best service and prices!! Thank you John! I will never use anyone else

I've been to Dealerships all over the Country. I've always been impressed with Professionalism and Style with every Ford Dealership until today. Made an appointment a week ago for a Computer Sync issue, put my day on hold to drive 20 miles to only find the Ford Main Computer was down and they couldn't fix it. Could have called to let me know before making the trip. When arriving at 08:15 the Front entrance was locked and an employee looked and walked away without telling me to go to the side service entrance. No place to park for the service area, I guess the employees took what little parking they had. Tiny service area with everyone who worked there in the front being loud. Told to go sit in tiny service waiting room with couch and seats ripped up and covered w/ duct tape. This place should be a Used Lawnmower Repair shop. This is the first Ford Dealership I've ever walked in where there was NO Excitement about seeing the current line up of vehicles or being excited to see a well decored Dealership. If my last Dealership had looked this way I wouldn't be driving a Ford, I would be driving a Chevrolet.

Poor services. I've asked about a vehicle and I wanted to put on hold for a least 24hrs till I get approved from my own bank. They only hold the truck for me about one afternoon and gave to a person from out of state. They were able to hold the truck for 4 days for the other guy. Even tho, I got approved the next day for the truck. Then, they gave attitudes when I called the next day for the truck availability. Smh

They said they were gonna remove a used car off their website that they tried to sell me. It’s been well over a week and they haven’t. Please don’t buy a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder.
