Alvarado Eye Associates has been an integral part of the ophthalmology community in San Diego since 1978. We have two of the largest and best equipped eye care facilities in Coronado and East county. Both offices feature a full array of sophisticated computer based technology to analyze your eyes and their visual problems to provide safe and effective surgical outcomes. Serving all of San Diego County, we truly believe our centers provide the very best in laser and vision care.
Our comprehensive eye care practice specializes in refractive and lens implant surgery. We offer a wide range of procedures, including RESTOR, REZOOM and CRYSTALENS® implant surgery, CK (conductive keratoplasty) for presbyopia, custom all-laser LASIK, conventional cataract surgery, and ECP (endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation) laser treatment for glaucoma.
Dr. Cook and our expert staff offer personalized attention that will let you know that your concerns and wishes have been heard. Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Cook provides one-on-one consultations with every patient prior to surgery or LASIK. All of our patients are given the opportunity to schedule appointments with enough time to address their concerns, and our friendly knowledgeable staff is always available to help you, even after your initial consultation if other questions arise. And we offer two convenient locations to serve you, one in East County in La Mesa and the other in Coronado.
