Had an issue with a misdiagnosis at a local urgent care facility and a friend told me to call Dr. Petrovich on short notice. She was pleasant and took a proper history over the phone without hesitation she helped me get a referral and into the specialist the same day since it was something that couldn't wait. She knows her stuff. Not sure why people are writing negative reviews which seem to more or less related to insurance company issues.

This place is horrible. About a year ago I started going here for my children and have had no one EVER answer the phone... I could call for 45 minutes straight trying to get a hold of someone and finally get someone who would seem nice but still not be able to do what I'm asking. My child needed to be seen by a specialist and it would take weeks for them to get the referral over to the hospital, even once the insurance company would approve and the hospital needed the doctors notes still nothing would be sent. It took a month for my child to be seen with double ear infections with puss coming out of each year. They even gave me the wrong prescription. Now they have lost medical records. My child is starting school and I have been billed for shots that my child did get but the doctor doesn't have a record of my child ever getting them in his file. After calling and finally getting ahold of the doctor Laura her exact words to me is she didn't have time for me or my child. This is after my husband drove all the way to the clinic to get files they lost. HORRIBLE place to take kids HORRIBLE place....FIRST and FOREMOST no Pediatrics office should just not answer the phone!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Petrovich! I've been seeing her for more than 10 years, and I have no desire to see anyone else. In fact, I see her even though she's out-of-network with my insurance plan. She listens to me and works with me, rather than telling me what to do. She's very gentle and takes all the time you need. She's the BEST!

Horrible, horrible place to have your child's primary physician be. Out of the 3 times I've had to call to make an appointment, 0 times have they answered and only once have they called me back. Definitely gonna change doctors ASAP, hopefully it'll help lessen their load and allow them to answer their phones.
