Very popular with the high school crowd as I remember my nights there. Always great burgers and shakes (be careful the consistency is more similar to ice cream, but the flavors are incredible). It stays quite busy, but the wait time always passes quickly.

Horrible customer service by the MANAGER! We were working in Huntersville and we visited Cook Out there and the MANAGER was very rude not only 1 visit but 4 visits. We reached out to corporate and they got us in touch with the DISTRICT MANAGER of this store and he was even ruder. He put my husband on mute at about 25 minutes into the conversation because he didn’t want to here about the issue anymore and then  hung up on my husband after a 44 minute conversation. Mind you my husband was on the phone with corporate again on my phone letting them know the guys phone number who he was dealing with and that we were audioing all conversations which we did which corporate seem to be upset because the gentleman who reached out to my husband clearly told my husband that he already handled the problem. So my husband said Roger I just got off the phone with Jamie I talk to her for 30 minutes and 13 seconds of a recorded conversation you called me three minutes after we hung up. How did you listen to the whole conversation I had with her Roger ? So he continued to tell my husband how he was interrupting his dinner service he was working and continue to tell my husband how he was wrong. So my husband said OK then enlighten me explain to me how I’m wrong when you said you listen to the whole phone conversation because it’s recorded but yet you called me three minutes after I hung up with her and you listened to a 30 minute and 13 second conversation and continued to be rude so I guess this just goes to show that this is acceptable from Cook Out unless they resolve this problem!!!  Thank God for technology!  Because these people think they are invincible when it comes to customer service....

Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup is NOT a chocolate milkshake. It’s vanilla ice cream with fake chocolate syrup. I can make a real chocolate milkshake at home...and next time I will.

Cookout is a great combination of good food and good prices. I've always had friendly associates helping me as well. Their milkshakes are tough to beat.

Excellent service even though there were a lot of customers. Can't beat the value for the price. You could tell that even though it wasn't highly priced, the ingredients were still top quality (seriously, best fast food bacon I have ever had on a burger). And to top it off, their shakes are amazing.
