Good food, poor service.

Been here twice. 2 stars for good food.
Went the second time because the food was good and thought the poor service was an anomaly. Nope! Poor service is consistent. If you order take out they won't begin to make your food until you pay. Seriously? Also, certain dishes can't be ordered via take out. Very strange policies here. Will drive 10 miles before going here again.

The pho was delicious, and I highly recommend you try the dumplings!! I'm only taking a star for the fact that the menu is difficult to understand, and the server wasn't much help.

I'm changing my rating to one star, which I really hate to do as the food is absolutely so delicious. But good god, when I have a screaming toddler who is not having sitting still, I don't want to wait 20 minutes and ask 4 different times to get to go bowls, spoons, and a check! There are only 2 servers that work all the tables, sit tables, and do to go orders. Because of this they run around like crazy, and are grumpy when you mess with their "flow". How can management expect these poor 2 people to take care of up to 50 people at a time? This last visit was so much worse then my first visit. If you have no problem spending at least an hour here then you should be good (so long as you don't expect drink refills). I really hope someone from management reads these because I am not the only person on here who has had a terrible experience with these waiting times.

Amazing place with really great prices and atmosphere. Always have leftovers that are delicious for the day after. Not too formal but not a slump! Fantastic.
