Rude cashier. Accused me of trying to steal ice cream because I picked up my own order that I placed on an app. When corrected, she continued to insist that I could just “walk in and steal”. I even showed her my app and she did not apologize. I would never go back to this establishment. Not to mention, the cookie and cream combo is misrepresented in the app.
I bought a mint chocolate chip ice cream milkshake there, & it tasted absolutely delicious. Over seven dollar's which is pricey mostly because I bought a large. For a large it was not very large at all. Much more of a medium.
For 5$ a cookie they are terrible. 5$ cookies should be astounding at every part but only the middle part is soft. Waste of money and the cookies broke up inside the box with just little movement. For a cookie place y’all are doing it terribly wrong
Cookies are actually Pretty good its a great place to bring the family and indulge on. They have a bunch of delicious choices and the staff that is behind the counter is very friendly ... My only advice call ahead and try to figure out when the batch is coming out hot so you can enjoy them better fresh for you and the family...
I ordered a $12 ice cream from ubereats not including delivery fee from here and the person forgot to pack it. How do you forget to pack an ice cream at an ice cream place. Waited an hour for nothing. Thanks so much guys!!!!!
The cookies are very good! They have a home made quality that just isn't there with other big cookie trend places. Despite how good the cookies are, the business feels unfocused. Both the menu and clutter of items available for sale are confusing. With such a good business name, I walked in expecting some fun mix of unique cookies with ice cream menu items to choose from. Maybe even one of those huge Instagram shakes with a cookie sticking out the side! I'd definitely return for the cookies, especially that brownie stuffed one!
Came here a few months ago and forgot to review: We went around 8 or 9 PM and there was only 1 worker. This is in no way a reflection of her efforts, but on the company's behalf--do better. You had one individual, a smaller sized woman, doing all types of work on her own. She was attempting to take care of myself and 2 others, pick-up orders, and all. I could tell it was a lot for her. She had to climb upon things to reach products...just insane. How can you even have just one worker like that at night as well? In this day and age, these companies need to do way better when it comes to workers. You better start making 2 people do closing shifts, because that is just SAD. The ice cream was alright, we didn't get the cookies we wanted either, smh. Probably going to give it another shot at the other location.
Ordered cookies and a pint of ice cream thru Grubhub. Only received cookies and no ice cream. They refused to deliver ice cream they would only give me a credit for $4.60 so I paid $40 for 4 cookies.
The best place you can go for tasty one of a kind cookies. You can customize your milkshakes! There's so many options to personalizing your cookie toppings, milkshakes and swirlez. Many cereal to infuse into your milkshakes! It's deliciousness. My favorite milkshake is Cookie Monster with Cookie Crisp whipped cream and chocolate drizzle! Did I mention the yummy dippin dots? There's many options for your sweet tooth. Also candies and toys for the little ones that you can't find anywhere. Very friendly and professional customer service.
Wow what can I say! This establishment checks all of the boxes... from the warm and inviting atmosphere to the recipe that goes into making the cookies! What an awesome experience - I actually live a state away but am willing to travel every week to either of their locations! CookiesNCream is undoubtedly the strongest desert oriented shop in the Westchester county area. Do not bother trying your luck anywhere else. Kudos!
