This place over charges. I wanted to purchase a box of 6 buns, 2 buns with pecan topping. They basically tried to charge me for 8 buns even though I was only getting 6 ‍ I walked out annoyed.
The Cinnabon in cross county mall only opened like 45 minutes late when its supposed to be at 10:00 AM. The worker couldn’t even let us know when she will be ready while we were waiting in the cold. It is a courtesy to at least let us know if hours changed. Not coming back here and not trustworthy. Doesnt even pick up the phone.
Ok so we went to the cinnabon location in cross county mall Yonkers NY. I've went to different locations before and my experience with cinnabon has always been great. Yet today it was the most dissatisfied day that I ever had in in this location in cross county. I had a shake and two different orders of cinnabons. I was waiting for my order and the ladies behind the counter was having a hard time getting my order. It seemed like they gave my order to someone else so I asked about my order and they said what did I order? I told them my order and they were looking at me weird then I said my order again. They asked did I paid for it yes I showed them my receipt. Then they gave me an incomplete order I said I am missing my other stuff that I order looking at me weird again they said what did you order again I have to explain what I order again. Then they just kept on looking at me I was frustrated at this point. I pointed again what I ordered until finally they gave me my order. One of the cinnabon was incorrect it was the regular white glaze they gave me the caramel. I just gived up and left. Really disappointed in this place. I use to go there all the time but the new employee's that they have, they have too do better because this is not good customer service.
This location forces customers to purchase the larger sized options stating they are sold out of the smaller ones. This has been a recurring issue each time I have visited, therefore it is not an isolated instance. Don’t advertise different options if you won’t offer them.
Not sure if my review is specific to this location or a corporate issue. We haven't had Cinnabon in over two years, but always loved it in the past. This time it was very disappointing. It tastes as if the recipe has been changed with much less butter and more sugar. There was also considerably less frosting and it was a bit harder inside. If this is the new Cinnabon then we won't be going back to any location. Hoping it's a location specific problem.
The churros were way old. I could taste it.
It is bad for me, but it's "Oh so Good!c
The place is a little small, but the products are incredibly good! I really recommend it!
Closing two hours earlier than stated online. Walking in 7:30PM today, and some guy is sitting behind the counter on his cell phone with the door locked and the place cleaned up. Thursday
Just tried to use a groupon. Asked for the four pack. They stated that they it had the nine and 16 pack. I find that hard to believe so early in the day. And there were fresh buns just sitting in the case. Couldn't they just take the ones out of the case and out it in the box? Typical.
